Payroll Time Entry and HR Freeze
Dear Finance Partners, There will be a freeze on time entry for all state employees in the ESS system beginning June 22 and ending July 1, which impacts pay period 13 – June 22, 2024 to July 5, 2024. There will be a freeze on HRIS actions beginning June 21 and ending July 1. The freezes are necessary for agency consolidations from the 2021

Mass Change kicks off tomorrow
As previously announced, Mass Change for ELCID and payroll coding will be underway, starting tomorrow. Agencies will have until Friday, May 31st to make any changes to FY25 Accounting Templates.
