There will be a freeze on time entry for all state employees in the ESS system beginning June 22 and ending July 1, which impacts pay period 13 - June 22, 2024 to July 5, 2024. There will be a freeze on HRIS actions beginning June 21 and ending July 1. The freezes are necessary for agency consolidations from the 2021 and 2023 General Session, COLA, and pay for performance processing. The agency consolidations affect the Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Public Safety, and Department of Corrections

Terminations (including retirements) with effective dates of June 21st or prior need to be entered by June 19th.

Terminations (including retirements) effective June 22 through July 5 need to be entered between June 24 and July 5 to prevent July 6 and/or July 7 P4P ASIs from processing.
