We wanted to remind you of some changes that will be happening in just a couple weeks (expected date to be June 9th) that have been designed to enhance your experience and streamline our systems.
FINET Rebranding to Vantage:
As part of the integration with our new HR/Payroll system, FINET will be rebranded as “Vantage.” The production environment will officially be known as Vantage starting the first weekend in June, coinciding with the new feature set deployment. With that change, the URL to log into the application will also change to https://vantage.utah.gov/. The current URL to FINET will not work as of June 7th.
Transition to Single Sign-On (SSO)
We are pleased to announce that FINET will be transitioning to Single Sign-On (SSO). You will no longer need to log in separately each time, but will instead already be logged on with your UtahID login information. This change will simplify your login process and improve security. Be aware that moving forward, if you become locked out of Vantage, click on ‘Forgot password’ on the UtahID login screen or contact the DTS Help Desk.
User ID changing to EIN
Your Vantage user ID will now be your EIN. To help identify the user associated with the EIN click on the EIN which will display their name, department, and email address.
Please remember to approve all pending transactions by the close of business on Friday, June 6th. Unapproved transactions will be returned to draft status and require resubmission after the transition.
We expect a smooth transition, but as with any implementation, minor issues can sometimes arise. Our priority is to address any disruptions swiftly.
