Changes to Commute Travel Reimbursement Policy

March 19, 2026
/

Thank you to everyone who joined today’s training on the updated Commute Travel Expense Policy.

We appreciate your time and engagement as our Compliance Manager walked through the key changes that took effect January 1, 2026, including eligibility requirements, the 50-mile threshold, taxable reimbursement rules, and reporting procedures within Concur and Vantage Financial. If you were unable to attend, you can view the recording on YouTube here, view the slide deck, or access the recording and transcript through the calendar invite.

These updates are especially important for employees who:

  • Live more than 50 miles from their assigned office
  • Travel to temporary work locations
  • Submit commute mileage or overnight travel related to their assigned office
  • Process or approve travel reimbursements

If you have any additional questions or would like further clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thanks again for your participation!

If you have any topics you’d like discussed in future trainings, we look to you, the Vantage Financial users for recommendations for training topics you’d like more knowledge on.
