Thank you to everyone who joined us today for our last Vantage Payroll system training. We appreciate you taking the time to walk through the system with us and continue building familiarity with its features and navigation.
Your engagement and thoughtful questions make these sessions valuable. As a reminder, your contact information, direct deposit info, tax withholdings, leave balances should transfer over from the existing system to Vantage Payroll. We just ask that you double check those items on day one. The Day 1 checklist should walk you through making sure all that is accurate at go-live.
We received additional clarification this morning regarding access to existing pay statements. Please note that previous pay stubs and W-2s will remain available to view and download in SAP through June 30. These records will not transfer to the new system, so we recommend downloading any documents you may need before that date.
