We offer multiple payment options for settling state debt

If you have a debt with the Office of State Debt Collection, we offer multiple options for making payments; including online credit card payments and traditional cash or check. Follow the steps below for your preferred payment method to successfully settle your state debts.

To make in-person payments, use the following address:

Credit card payments

We accept credit card payments online at payutah.cssimpact.com, over the phone at 801-957-7700.

Checks or money orders

Checks or money orders can be brought in person to our office in Taylorsville or mailed to our PO box.

Make checks or money orders payable to OSDC.
In the memo section, write your account number and name of the debtor.

Cash

We accept cash in person at our office in Taylorsville. Just be sure to bring the exact amount, because we don’t keep change in our office.

Payment plans

If you can’t pay your debt in full, call our office at 801-957-7700 to set up a payment plan. We can set up automatically recurring payments using your credit card or bank account.
