Airport Parking

State Policy

Employees traveling by air on state business are eligible to be reimbursed for long-term parking while they are away. According to state policy, the maximum reimbursement for parking, either at the airport or away-from-the airport, is the Salt Lake International Airport long-term parking rate.

The maximum allowable reimbursement is currently $7. Travelers must submit a parking receipt with the Travel Reimbursement Request, form FI 51A or FI 51B, to be eligible for reimbursement.

Lots with State of Utah Rates

To receive this special parking rate, travelers must identify themselves as State of Utah employeesby presenting a valid state ID badge or state business card.
